Akhila Gainedi is a lover of wine, an amateur heels dancer, a systems-designer, a poet, a partner and an older sister.
In each woman is a mosaic of interconnected, seemingly unrelated features that come together to make a beautiful, messy, unpredictable life. No one label fit Akhila, so she decided to craft her own.,
These contradictions were never enough to satiate Akhila during her time studying Operations. She listened to her intuition, following the tug of sociology, spending every waking moment studying social systems, unlearning limiting beliefs and challenging definitions of coaching by integrating a feminine-centric perspective.
In her free time she is an avid reader, applying deep learnings from a variety of sources. Her interests include mycology, sustainable supply chain, entrepreneurial ecosystems and supporting budding artists during their come up.
Identity based transformation from Experience
After leaving an abusive relationship of three years, I had to reconstruct my definition of love, meaning and autonomy. What did it mean to be a woman free of the relationship I had defined myself around?
Deep inner work evolved into identity transformation. The limits of my own creation were shattered and with them came a robust understanding of power dynamics, systems of control I found myself aligned in a fierce belief in liberation within internal structures that keep women minimized, drained and controlled.
Women in healthy masculine relationships, in their most dripping divine feminine energy are nurturers, creators and visionaries. They are warriors, they are energy centers and vital role-players in the building of robust systems. I believe in the empowered women's potential, and I do everything I can to see her thriving in her full power.
